We are able to manage the entire project team and process through the various stages of development in order to keep the project team moving and achieve the key success factors of time, cost and quality.

Our Services include co-ordination of the activities of the project team (i.e. Quantity Surveyors, Engineers (structural and Services) Architects, Contractors, Sub-contractors and Specialist suppliers), liaising between the parties and providing regular reports to the clients during pre-contract and post contract period.
